The game “Sweet Association Game – Antonovden and Atanasovden”
is organized and conducted by Cake Collection, referred to as the ORGANIZER for short.

2.4 By participating in the Competition, the participant declares that they agree to the General Terms and Conditions.

3.1 The game is organized and held on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, the city of Sofia and the city of Plovdiv

DURATION
4.1 The game ends on 18.01.2025 ("Game Period")
4.2 The ORGANIZER has the right to change the terms and by notifying about it on https://www.cakecollection.bg/

RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
5.1 Every adult natural person living on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria has the right to participate.
5.2 Employees of Cake Collection, as well as their family members, are not entitled to participate in the game.
5.3. In order to register for participation in the game, the participant must meet the conditions for participation.
5.4 One participant cannot receive more than one prize.

PRIZE MECHANISM AND DESCRIPTION:
6.1 The game is organized on the Internet, on the Cake Collection page on Facebook and Instagram.
6.2 Prize: 4 cakes
PRIZE RECEIVING PROCEDURE
7.1 A representative of Cake Collection will contact the winner via private message on Facebook or Instagram or via email address. We ask for your cooperation, if for some reason we are unable to contact you, the user should signal us via private message on the relevant network.

RESPONSIBILITY
8.1 The Organizer is not responsible for any incorrectly stated information by the participants in this game.
8.2 The decision to disqualify a participant is entirely up to the Organizer, and the Organizer does not owe an explanation for the methods of determining experience or violation of the General Terms and Conditions.
8.3 The game in no way constitutes gambling activity, according to the provisions of the Gambling Act.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The organizer of the game is a duly registered personal data administrator with the Personal Data Protection Commission, and in turn takes measures to protect the subscriber's personal data, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

PUBLICITY
The ORGANIZER has the irrevocable right to terminate the game at any time in the event of violation of the rules, abuse or force majeure circumstances.
