ORGANIZER
The game "Cake Collection cooks something new" is organized and conducted by KOLEKTSIYA OOD, EIK 202 950 761, with management address: Plovdiv, Rodopi St. 113, referred to as ORGANIZER for short.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
2.1 The General Terms and Conditions will be available for the entire period of the game on the Facebook and Instagram pages.
2.2 The organizer reserves the right to change or supplement the General Terms and Conditions, with the changes coming into force after their official publication on 21.08.2024 at https://cakecollection.bg/

2.3 The Game is open to those who have met the conditions for participation, namely: in the Cake Collection profile on Facebook or Instagram, follow the page, tag a friend/s in a comment, indicate the correct answer.
2.4 By participating in the Competition, the participant declares that he agrees with the General Terms and Conditions.

3.1 The game is organized and held on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, the city of Plovdiv and the city of Sofia

CONTINUITY
4.1 The Game starts on 21/08/2024 and ends on 29/08/2024 (inc.)("Game Period")
4.2 THE ORGANIZER has the right to change the terms and by notifying about it at the address: https://cakecollection.bg/

RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
5.1 Any natural person who has reached the age of majority, living on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, has the right to participate.
5.2 Cake Collection employees and their family members are not eligible to participate in the game.
5.3. In order to register to participate in the Game, a participant must meet the eligibility requirements.

PRIZE MECHANISM AND DESCRIPTION:
6.1 The game is organized on the Internet, on the page of Cake Collection on Facebook and Instagram.
6.2 Prize: One participant from Facebook and Instagram is chosen to win the new vegan cake

PRIZE RECEIVING PROCEDURE
7.1 A Cake Collection representative will contact the winner via private message on Facebook or Instagram. We ask for assistance, if for some reason we are unable to connect, the user should signal us on a private message on the relevant network.

RESPONSIBILITY
8.1 The organizer is not responsible for wrongly stated information by the participants in this game.
8.2 The decision to disqualify a participant is entirely up to the Organizer, and the Organizer does not owe an explanation for the methods of determining experience or violation of the General Terms and Conditions.
8.3 The game does not in any way constitute a gambling activity, according to the provisions of the Gambling Act.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The organizer of the game is a duly registered administrator of personal data with the Commission for the protection of personal data, and in turn takes measures to protect the personal data of the subscriber, according to the Law on the protection of personal data.

PUBLICITY
The ORGANIZER has the irrevocable right to terminate the game at any time in case of violation of the rules, abuse or force majeure.
